The Centre Culturel Régional de Dakar Blaise Senghor is a decentralized service of the Ministry of Culture, open to the cities, towns and districts of the region. It is the basic cultural service for the inhabitants and residents of the Dakar region. Within its prerogatives, the Centre offers support and advice to local associations and groups, technical services, as well as various training courses. It hosts shows and it offers workshops, public training courses, exhibitions. The Cultural Center of Dakar has a theater room of 250 seats and is also a permanent place of voluntary initiatives that promote the cultural development of the region, in collaboration with local authorities, which seeks to make culturally attractive and is bearers of values for citizens.
